Therapy it is based in a humanistic approach, where respect for the person have the utmost importance. We works from a comprehensive perspective, which takes into account the family and social system.

Sometimes people who come demand results in the shortest possible time, especially when they are experiencing strong personal suffering. In these cases, brief therapeutic strategies may be useful.

HUMANISTIC THERAPY

Humanistic therapy is a mental health approach that emphasizes the importance of respect, where the person is accompanied throughout the process, establishing a relationship of equals in which an atmosphere of support, empathy and trust is provided that allows feelings to be shared. without fear of being judged.

The idea is that each of us is the expert in our own difficulties, we work on the issues that lead us to therapy based on acceptance, growth and self-realization.

In my first professional years I asked myself this question: how can I treat, cure or change this person? Now I would phrase the question this way: how can I provide a relationship that this person can use for his own personal growth?" Carl Rogers.

BRIEF STRATEGIC THERAPY

Complicated problems are attend with specific techniques. Sometimes whe faced problem wich solutions that are not working, because the fact is that in other situations and at other times of our lives they have been useful. Sometimes if something doesn't work, it helps to try something else, to try new perspectives.

It is about rediscovering our own resources and abilities. This often leads to good results in a short period of time, even if the problem or suffering has lasted a long time.

“Most of us must learn to love people and use things rather than loving things and using people.”
